Is a short book about how we grow seed in Buddha Garden.  It covers all aspects of seed growing from examining why it is worth growing your own seed, growing, collecting, preparing, saving and building up your own seed bank. All the information is based on what we have learnt growing and saving our own seed in Buddha Garden over the last twenty five years.
